Biking workout

Hey- Lately I've been biking a bit- like 15 miles every other day. I have a mountain bike and I ride on a dirt trail (the dirt is packed pretty well). It's flat the whole ride. My question: can anyone suggest any biking workouts I can do while riding on this trail. I mean- I know I could just ride further but I'm looking for some variety. I figure I could do some sprints along the way but what else is there? Thanks
 
What exactly are you asking here?

15 miles in itself is a decent workout on trails.
You did mention it's pretty flat, try finding some fills, make use of the gears as much as you can to make it more difficult on yourself.

I don't what to suggest apart from what I have already as I doubt your riding an STP where you can mix up your riding style any other than an MTB allows.

maybe put some ankle weights on???
